20年前にアサラトに出会ってから現在もアサラトに魅了されています。
主に地元の福岡で息子のasalatokeitoと一緒にワークショップや出店の活動をしています。
当店で取り扱っているアサラトは西アフリカのセネガルから木の実を直接輸入しています。
厳選した木の実を一つ一つ丁寧にチェックし、最適なチューニングを施しています。

I am dokey, the owner of the store.
I was first introduced to asalato 20 years ago and have been fascinated by it ever since.
I mainly work with my son, asalatokeito, in my hometown, Fukuoka, doing workshops and opening stalls.
The asalato we sell at our store is imported directly from Senegal in West Africa.
We carefully tune each carefully selected tree nut.
We deliver the highest quality asalato that even the experts are satisfied with.
